If you have already requested a sampler pack, you can't request another one. Limit 1 sampler per person, per household, per offer.
Frequently asked questions:
Why does my postal code not work? - Postal codes have to entered using all caps and a space in-between. And yes this form does take postal codes.
Why do I never get samples? - You have to request them while they are live, every time, being a member does not automatically get you samples.
Why do I not qualify? - This particular sampler required the age range of 35-44 to qualify. However, if you don't get the "right" answers you can go back and do the survey over. We recommend always being honest, but people do ask what the qualifying answers are, and we have found these to be the case amongst readers.
