I've had lots of questions about how to use the codes to get the best deal possible, so I have made this overview post detailing each step. Please note, coupon codes are subject to change, so get your order in the sooner the better. You need to meet the minimums to be able to use coupons, something not working? You probably didn't follow the minimums. Shipping is free on all orders, returns are free too.
1. Sign up as new member on Shop.ca you will automatically get $25 Rewards to spend on $100 order (this was $75 until recently), Refer a Friend Program also gets you $25 Rewards for each friend you tell that places an order.
2. Go over and join Ebates (if you haven't yet) you will earn 10% cashback on your Shop.ca purchase (this changes regularly, it was 20% during Black Friday).
3. Find the Shop.ca link on Ebates and follow that to go back to Shop.ca
4. Log back into Shop.ca.
5. Add all the items to your cart that you want.
6. Enter the coupon code SAVETEN get $10 off (on any $50 purchase) or SHOPELECTRONICS for $10 off $50 off electronics, cameras, computers, RETAILMENOT for $10 off $40, or SHOP10 for $10 off $50. Coupons cannot be stacked.
7. Make sure you have entered all possible e-gift cards, they will count on your order as cash (see note below)
8. Enter to redeem the $25 rewards for starting a new account in the field at checkout.
9. Use Paypal as your payment method and get an extra $25 off your purchase on orders of $75 or more (you will see this showing on your Paypal checkout screen IF you qualify under funds it should say "special offer" "paypal balance". It is already pre-loaded in your account if your Paypal is in good standing. more info here).
10. Do a little dance because you just got a great deal! And tell your friends about this post! :)
Regarding Shop.ca Free E-gift cards:
Several have been released recently, these need to be added to your account, and serve as cash off your order. You should add these immediately after they are released because they are limited. Once they are in your account, they do not expire! Go under your Shop.ca account and click on "redeem gift card" enter the code there. Are you getting an error entering the code? Probably because you can't stack multiple codes from the same company, ie two Websaver codes don't work together.

Absolutely, I've been telling people to place orders asap because it could all end, or promo codes could expire. My swiss chalet was removed too, oh well.

DeleteMy shop.ca account is showing a negative balance right now, I owe them $15! How does that even make sense, to remove a giftcard after it'd been used, looks like I won't be shopping at shop.ca anymore. Too much shady business.
Not shady at all, the gift card was intended to be used by those who ate at Swiss Chalet AND got the coupon, not to be used by thousands of people when blogs posted the code for everyone, once they caught on, they removed the code from those accounts. That's fair I think. We still have other working coupons posted above that you can use. Happy Holidays!
