1. Buy a Tassimo Brewer (Offer valid on purchase of all at-home TASSIMO models (T20, T45, T46, T47, T55 and T65) made between December 1, 2012 to January 31, 2013)
2. Submit Rebate form and UPC (Rebate Redemption Forms will be accepted until February 28, 2013)

*Limit one (1) rebate per household or organization. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing and delivery of the rebate cheque, receipt of the completed redemption and original proof of purchase. In the event that invalid, illegible or incomplete rebate forms are received, consumers will not be contacted.
