    There is an additional $8 dollars even you use Paypal. I think ELF finally found this little trick! Too bad! I was trying to order their spring makeup with that shipping fee.

      It'll say $8 extra in the final steps, but in the confirmation email you shouldn't see that $8 on there. At least from my experience.
