Getting this freebie is a bit tricky, I saw a sponsored ad on Facebook to sign up for it and that's the only way. The sponsored ad has a "sign up now" button that you click and fill out a form to get the sample. There is no way to link you to the offer since it's a boosted post. So the best you can do is look out for it on your newsfeed. The ad looks like the one below, click on that if you see it.
You can try searching Facebook for Urban Decay to let Facebook know that you are looking for information on the brand and maybe then you'll have better odds of catching this on your newsfeed. This is definitely a targeted offer. I tried reaching out to Urban Decay for a direct link and they were unable to provide one.
