If you want to save on shipping to Canada, check out using Paypal and do not log into your ELF account. In the final stages you will see an extra $8 tacked on, but it will disappear off your confirmation email. I have ordered many times this way, keep your orders under $30 to avoid being charged customs (I've been lucky to never be charged anything more though in over 5 years of ordering).
