Canadian Coupons: Mattel Toy Save $10 Off $20 Purchase Save.ca

Save.ca has a new coupon for $10 off a Mattel Toy purchase of $20 or more with select cereal purchase. This coupon is a bit confusing, I guess you have to buy certain cereals in additional to getting the toy discount?
