I think Old Navy dropped the ball on this promotion, coupons were circulating the internet the past few days stating this event was Mar 1-4. I actually went in today and asked to get this promotion, the staff member told me it was emailed to mailing list subscribers, but I did get the discount anyway. I never got the email through and neither anyone else that I spoke too.
