The Bay is offering free shipping on any online order of $49 or more throughout the month of February. I am going to wait on this one for a few days. The Bay is starting a Clinique gift with purchase February 9-27, 2011 when you spend $26.50 or more, a lot of the time I can't find my foundation shade at Clinique counters, they always seem to be sold out, so shopping online is a good option.
