Forever 21 has a sale on now, 30% off all their cosmetics online only, for three days December 2-4, 2011. There are thousands of items on sale including nail polish, eyeshadow and cosmetics bags. I am betting the quality isn't great on these, but if you looking to get stocking stuffers for Christmas or items for young girls, I am sure they'd be happy with some items. Shipping is free on orders of $60 or more.
